Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a leading Midwest construction firm to hire a Fully Integrated Developer for high-profile projects. The role focuses on assisting the Superintendent, coordinating daily field operations, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multifamily and commercial sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of field experience, strong knowledge of construction documents, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred).
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
• Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Help coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Track progress and support documentation of RFIs, daily logs, and punch lists.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and field staff.
