Job summary

Moss in Oklahoma City seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the construction of large-scale multi-family residential projects. This exempt, salaried role reports to the Superintendent and offers growth opportunities within a national contractor.

You will assist the Superintendent, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality control, and help maintain schedules and site discipline across the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 1 - 5 years' experience on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Exceptional ability to lead and manage others.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
• Computer Proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent in communicating with subcontractors and employees a consistent level of expectations and direction regarding schedules, coordinate city inspections, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, quality control and other performance standards
• Collaborates with Superintendent to ensure project site and company assets are secure
• Maintains a safe working environment at all times by implementing safety and quality control programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned
