Job summary

Moss is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the planning, scheduling and direction of large-scale multi-family residential projects in Los Alamos, NM. This on-site role reports to the Superintendent and requires hands-on leadership to drive safety, quality, and timely execution.

Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years in relevant construction, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and solid computer proficiency to track progress and coordinates with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 1 - 5 years' experience on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Exceptional ability to lead and manage others.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
• Computer Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent in communicating schedules, methods, safety, quality and policies.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and employees to maintain expectations and direction.
• Helps ensure project site and company assets are secure and compliant.
• Maintains a safe working environment with safety and quality control programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
