Job summary

TRL Systems, Inc. seeks an Assistant Superintendent to oversee high-density residential and mixed-use construction projects. The role reports to the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent, supervising MCRT punch carpenters and laborers to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, managing risks, and maintaining schedules while ensuring safety compliance and effective communication with subcontractors and officials.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MCRT Punch Carpenters and Laborers.
• Coordinates inspections with building officials and inspectors.
• Identifies project risks and communicates with Project Superintendent.
• Monitors subcontractor and crew performance; manages punch lists.
• Schedules third-party inspections and ensures response to exceptions.
• Maintains project documentation and progress tracking.
• Supports safety meetings and enforces site safety policies.
