Job summary

Moss is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Oklahoma City, OK to support the project team on large-scale multi-family residential developments. You will help plan, schedule, and direct field activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality control standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in construction management or engineering, have 1–5 years of related experience, and demonstrate leadership, initiative and strong computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, initiative and problem-solving abilities; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in coordinating schedules, city inspections, safety, quality control and company policies.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to secure project site and company assets.
• Maintain a safe working environment through safety and quality programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
