Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support ground-up multifamily construction projects in the Atlanta market. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Team to keep projects safe, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Ideal for someone early in their field leadership career, this role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale builds with a clear path to a future Superintendent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience (multifamily is a must).
• Strong understanding of field operations and sequencing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily field operations of multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain schedule
• Help enforce site safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance
• Monitor work for quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
• Support scheduling efforts, including short interval planning and look aheads
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and field documentation
• Work closely with project management on RFIs, submittals, and project updates
• Participate in punch list completion and project closeout activities

We are seeking a driven Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of ground up multifamily construction projects in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for someone early in their field leadership career who wants hands on exposure to large scale multifamily builds and a clear path to Superintendent. You will partner closely with the Superintendent and Project Team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
