Job summary

Lee Company seeks an experienced professional to assist the Project Superintendent in planning and coordinating daily mechanical trades on large construction projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and labor productivity while guiding onsite teams and subcontractors to meet the project goals.

The role emphasizes planning, directing work, performance appraisal, and resolving on-site challenges with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Construction Management preferred.
• Knowledge of Virtual Construction practices, 3D models, spooling and fabrication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Superintendent in planning, directing and coordinating daily activities for all mechanical trades on large construction projects.
• Hold ultimate responsibility for project safety, schedule adherence and labor productivity.
• Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors per policies and laws.
• Plan, coordinate, assign and direct work; appraise performance and address issues.
