Job Details

As a Permanent Assistant Superintendent in Healthcare Construction, you will manage and oversee various healthcare projects, including hospital MOBs, remodels, renovations, ground-up builds, additions, and expansions. Work in a fast-paced environment on state-of-the-art healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality, and safe completion.
2. Oversee all construction phases from ground-up to tenant improvements.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations, including OSHPD standards.
5. Conduct site inspections and audits.
6. Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
7. Promote safety and quality standards among team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, especially in healthcare.
• Proven experience with hospital MOBs, remodels, renovations, and ground-up projects.
• Knowledge of OSHPD regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
