Company Description

We're looking for an Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join Procore's Sales team. In this role, you'll partner with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for our largest and most complex businesses comprising top global Fortune 500 companies.

As an Strategic Inside Sales Representative and expert resource to our Strategic Account Managers, you'll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team. You'll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Manager, Inside Sales Representatives and can be remote or based in any of our US offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You'll Do:
  1. Partner to generate a healthy "Run Rate" business within your strategic segment, focusing on product line upsell and contract expansion into current clients.
  2. Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and decision-makers by visiting clients.
  3. Work closely with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to support post-sale revenue efforts.
  4. Participate in presentations, onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution.
  5. Collaborate with Field Sales to expand existing business by addressing client's technical challenges.
  6. Prepare Strategic Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the client's organization.
  7. Achieve mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  8. Mentor and support fellow team members.
  9. Work with all levels of the organization to develop best practices, connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing, and further client success and Procore's market leadership.
  10. Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies is desired.
  • Proven success in inside sales models.
  • Effective communication via telephone and email.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $39.23 - $53.94 hourly plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $136,000 - $187,000. Role is eligible for Equity Compensation. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, education, and location.
