Qualifications

• Three+ years of construction experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Orient new site personnel to the company and project.
• Coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors and vendors; expedites as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure quality per company procedures.
• Update and drive weekly project schedule and site logistics with the team.
• Attend required job site meetings and assist with close-out activities.
