Job summary

Dueall Construction is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to own a defined building or scope from mobilization through acceptance and closeout. You will drive the project schedule, sequence work, and resolve trade conflicts in real time, while verifying Foreman inspections and correcting non-conforming work.

Lead Foremen and coordinate with the Field Engineer to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of field supervision experience in exterior restoration or comparable commercial construction.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Certified in the scopes active in your assigned area.
• Demonstrated ability to read and work to a construction schedule.
• Ability to hold a subcontractor to contracted scope without escalating every disagreement.
• Valid Florida driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined building, elevation, or scope from mobilization through acceptance and closeout.
• Own and hit your segment of the project schedule; report slippage the day it appears.
• Sequence work within the area and resolve trade conflicts in real time.
• Verify Foreman inspections daily - confirm recorded conditions match what\'s actually installed.
• Direct correction of non-conforming work and verify the correction before the area advances.
• Enforce the safety program in your area - toolbox talks, JHAs, area safety walks.
• Supervise and train the Foremen assigned to your area, and direct the Field Engineer supporting it.
• Surface RFI conditions and unbuildable details to the Superintendent before the crew reaches them.
