SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking an experienced Exterior Project Manager to own outdoor restoration projects from sale to finish. You will coordinate homeowners, internal teams, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within budget, ensuring top quality.

Reporting to the Director of Reconstruction and Operations, you will manage timelines, material orders, site visits, and client communications while upholding safety standards and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of Project Management in Disaster Restoration or General Construction.
• Exterior expertise: knowledge of exterior envelopes, roofing, siding, windows and repairs.
• Leadership and communication: excellent client-facing skills to manage contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Communication: primary contact for clients after sales handoff and set timelines.
• Project Budgeting & Financial Control: track costs and ensure profitability within budget.
• Subcontractor & Crew Management: oversee trades, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Material Procurement & Logistics: order and track exterior materials to align with timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Job Closeout: punch-list, sign-off, and final billing coordination.
