The Chula Vista Elementary School District seeks an Assistant Superintendent of Leadership and Instruction who will drive district-wide improvements in teaching and learning and ensure a standards-based instructional program across all schools.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this Cabinet-level leader provides coaching, strategic direction, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen curriculum alignment, close opportunity gaps, and promote innovative practices district-wide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education or related field.
• Cabinet-level leadership experience required.
• Minimum five years of elementary education administration, including site principal.
