Job summary

The NC Department of Adult Correction is seeking a Correctional Assistant Superintendent for Program I at Davison Correctional Center in Lexington, NC. This leadership role oversees all program services for a small facility housing fewer than 300 minimum custody offenders, directing corrective, rehabilitative, and therapeutic initiatives to support offender growth and positive behavior.

Oversee offender classification processes to ensure timely, accurate custody level decisions and special reviews.
Prepare reports, respond to inquiries from offenders, families, attorneys, and the public, and support budget planning.
