• Strong oral and written communication across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a wide range of facility programs including classification, chaplaincy, recreation, transitional services, work assignments, and healthcare.
• Supervise direct and indirect staff; manage recruitment and performance processes; ensure compliance with manuals and policies.
• Maintain offender schedules; oversee daily and special activities; ensure programming aligns with evidence-based practices; conduct audits.
