We are partnered with a leading general contractor focused on delivering technically complex ground up construction projects across commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, education, and advanced technology sectors. This role supports field operations on large-scale projects and works closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to drive schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through turnover.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily field operations and help coordinate subcontractors across all phases of construction
- Support project schedule execution by tracking progress, identifying delays, and helping maintain milestone dates
- Coordinate site logistics including deliveries, laydown areas, access control, and material flow
- Walk the project regularly to monitor quality, safety, and productivity of subcontractor work
- Assist with inspections, punch lists, and quality control processes to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
- Support Superintendent with daily reports, manpower tracking, and documentation of field activities
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, and drawing updates in coordination with the project team
- Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings and assist with resolving field conflicts
- Enforce site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite
- Coordinate with MEP trades to support installation sequencing and maintain workflow between disciplines
- Assist with project turnover activities including punch, closeout, and commissioning support where applicable

Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of construction experience in field operations
- Required: Experience supporting ground up commercial or industrial projects
- Preferred: Experience with mission critical, manufacturing, healthcare, or technically complex facilities
- Working knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to operate in fast paced environments
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred
