Job summary

MKH Search Limited is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on commercial, industrial, and education projects in South Carolina. You will work with the Superintendent and project team to keep jobs safe, on schedule, and built to high quality standards, with a clear path toward a Superintendent role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial construction field experience in an assistant superintendent or field engineer role.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage field crews and subcontractors.
