Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Assistant Superintendent to join our Seattle-area field operations. This role focuses on timely and profitable completion of assigned projects; the assistant will supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality while not performing manual labor.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant experience with knowledge of equipment, labor, means and methods.

The Assistant Superintendent will not be required to perform manual labor in this position but will actively and independently manage those who do.

Assistant Superintendent Qualifications:
