Job summary

Skanska is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to supervise field operations on projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion. The role involves active on-site management while not performing manual labor, but directing those who do. You will contribute to safety and QAQC culture and coordinate subcontractors and schedules on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working with schedule milestones and look-ahead schedules.
• 1+ year assisting with job site logistics and management.
• 1+ year tracking COs and tickets.
• 1+ year working with plans and specs.

The Assistant Superintendent is assigned specific field operations on the project. He/she is responsible for the timely and profitable completion of each assignment. The Assistant Superintendent will not be required to perform manual labor in this position, but will actively and independently manage those who do.

Assistant Superintendent Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven construction experience
