As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be actively involved in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily field operations, supporting schedule execution, maintaining quality standards.

You'll participate in weekly planning meetings, support implementation of the Boldt Production System, help lead pull planning and coordination efforts, and work closely with project teams, to create efficient work flows and reliable project outcomes. The anticipated salary range for this position is $137,000.00-$180,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
