This employee-owned firm offers a pathway from supervision to leadership and emphasizes excellence in every project. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in commercial construction, strong document knowledge, and the ability to supervise up to 30 employees.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience (at least 2 as a Foreman).
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and processes.
• Able to supervise up to 30 employees.
• Solid math, communication, and tech skills.
• OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a key role in keeping our job sites safe, productive, and on track. You'll support and collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
