Job summary

LeoForce in Edison, New Jersey, is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts for industrial projects. The role requires senior-level expertise, strong leadership, and clear communication with crews, clients, and trades.

You will manage scheduling, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality on site. A minimum of 3+ years of construction experience is expected, with proficiency in common software and reporting.
