This temporary role trains under an Elite or Master Stylist for the first three months, focusing on guest service, performance, and collaboration with the salon team.

After month three, you will begin servicing guests of your own while continuing to learn advanced techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Willingness to learn additional technical skills and product knowledge.
• Experience with guest consultations and service recommendations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Assist with hair services under mentorship for the first 3 months.
• Perform hair demos and service protocols to ensure consistent guest experience.
• Maintain salon standards and support store operations.
