Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist in meeting store goals.
• Assist mentor stylist with hair services and product recommendations.
• Perform hair design, color, styling, and related services after month three.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards per policy.
• Maintain clean and organized salon, sales floor, and back areas.
• Attend trainings and stay informed on trends and products.
