Overview

The Assistant Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting on hair care needs, and recommending products and services. This is a temporary position designed to prepare talent for a stylist role, focusing on performance, guest service, and operational procedures. Mentorship is provided initially, with opportunities to service guests independently after three months.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performance: Deliver exceptional guest service, support sales and productivity goals, perform hair services, and stay informed on industry trends.
2. People: Develop guest relationships, serve guests efficiently, and collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience.
3. Process: Follow policies, ensure safety and sanitation, maintain store standards, and participate in training and meetings.
