UCLA Outpatient Clinics seeks an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Clinical Research Coordinator and Senior CRC in managing trial activities and meeting deadlines within the study protocol and applicable regulations.

You will plan and organize tasks, prioritize workload, and coordinate essential operational steps to ensure compliant, timely study execution under supervision, with a focus on documentation, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Description

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in contributing to the overall operational management of clinical research/trial/study activities. The incumbent recognizes and performs necessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work to meet necessary deadlines. The incumbent will support the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in planning and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol and applicable regulations.

Hourly salary range:30.74 -49.46
