Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead operations, sales and guest services. You will partner with the Studio Director, train the team, manage schedules, and drive membership and retail sales while maintaining a positive, guest-friendly culture.

Open availability, strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required. Travel between our Dallas locations may be needed; Mindbody experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Studio Director with operations from Front Desk.
• Provide high level customer service.
• Serve as main sales manager and training lead.
• Maintain 40%+ membership closing target.
• Drive personal and team membership and retail goals.
• Assist in setting sales goals with Studio Manager.
• Foster positive culture with recognition and contests.
• Greet and assist guests; respond to inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and service flow.
• Keep studio clean and well-maintained.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Director with studio operations and manage from the Front Desk
• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Acts as main sales manager and sales trainer by identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team as needed.
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing percentage of 40%+ and work with other Lash Consultants to ensure they are meeting goals
• Sales management duties include management and motivation to set, achieve, and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Assist Studio Manager in setting and achieving membership and retail sales goals.
• Assist Studio Manager with captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Assists Studio Manager with Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Has excellent leadership sales skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our assistant managers need open availability
• Ability to travel between our Dallas locations when needed
• Competent trainer and motivator
• Mindbody Online Software experience a plus
