Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn Coaching is seeking a positive, detail‑oriented Assistant Studio Manager to help lead the front of house and collaborate with the Studio Manager. This role focuses on member experience, sales, and smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced fitness environment.

You will greet members, present the OTF concept, conduct studio tours, and work with trainers to onboard new clients. A passion for fitness and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, positive, and detail‑oriented person who can talk to anyone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on member experience.
• Experience in front desk operations, membership sales, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members with energy and knowledge as they enter the studio.
• Presenting the OTF concept to potential clients during intros.
• Handling front desk tasks including phone inquiries and guest check‑ins.
• Giving studio tours and guiding intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Collaborating with trainers to support intros and onboarding.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and meet goals.
• Addressing member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events and ensuring a clean, organized studio.

Each pair of Studio Managers and their Assistants partner in different ways, but all ASMs can expect to participate in the following:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clientsHandling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
