Assistant Studio Manager

We are seeking a passionate, positive, detail-oriented individual to assist in leading a world-class fitness experience at Orangetheory Fitness. The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure front‑of‑house operations run smoothly and to represent the Orangetheory brand.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Operating the front desk, answering phones, and assisting members.
• Giving studio tours.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sold memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling members’ concerns professionally to reach resolution.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
