Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to co-lead front-of-house operations and deliver a world-class fitness experience. You’ll greet members, present the OTF concept, manage the front desk, give studio tours, and work with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Answer phones and manage front desk tasks.
• Give studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Address member concerns professionally with a focus on resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. Participate in the following:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
