Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA & ACSM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
• Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
• Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer care calls to promote studio growth and retention.
• Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
• Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
• The Assistant Studio Manager role is a full‑time position. Our studio is open seven days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
