Qualifications

• Membership or Commissioned Sales Experience required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and related services.
• Excellent communication skills in person, phone and email.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Assist studio team and manager with the sales process: lead generation, follow up and close.
• Book and confirm introductory stretches.
• Manage front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
• Conduct tours of the studio and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
• Maintain personal sales production at an acceptable level.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow up on leads.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION:

Bring your positive energy, drive to succeed, and passion for helping others to StretchLab! As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll help grow the studio by welcoming new members, connecting them with memberships that fit their goals, and building relationships throughout the community.

You’ll also help keep our current members engaged through thoughtful communication, personalized support, and exceptional service—making every visit a highlight of their day.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working toward sales goals, and brings an encouraging, team-focused attitude. A fitness or wellness background is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a passion for people are what matter most!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Membership or Commissioned Sales Experience Required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Required to clean & maintain a clean workplace environment
• Must be have excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Must have a flexible schedule and weekend availability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the studio team and manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm introductory stretches
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members as trained
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) as needed to promote the club
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned
