Job summary

StretchLab Naples Pine Ridge is seeking an energetic Assistant Studio Manager who thrives on helping others achieve wellness goals and exceeding sales targets. You will welcome new members, match memberships to goals, and nurture relationships throughout the community, while upholding exceptional service at every visit.

The role emphasizes lead generation, follow-up, and closing, with a front-d desk focus and active involvement in events.

Qualifications

• Membership or Commissioned Sales Experience Required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Required to clean & maintain a clean workplace environment
• Must have excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Must have a flexible schedule and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Assist the studio team and manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm introductory stretches
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members as trained
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) as needed to promote the club
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

A fitness or wellness background is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a passion for people are what matter most!
