Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with the Studio Manager to drive membership sales, motivate the team, and ensure a smooth operation while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, inventory, and facility standards. Passion for wellness and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Help implement standard operating procedures and hold Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants to daily expectations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Serve as liaison between the Studio Manager and team, and communicate updates, offerings, events, and protocols in the Studio Manager's absence.
• Lead by example in membership sales, measured by conversion rate and sales performance.
• Stay visible and engaged with guests, delivering hospitable, consistent, and courteous service.
• Resolve guest complaints and membership issues professionally.
• Educate guests on the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy, and the value of membership.
• Ensure front desk systems are followed, including check-ins, phone inquiries, consent forms, tours, delinquent accounts, and new membership agreements (Mindbody experience a plus).
• Handle weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Conduct and document daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure equipment and facility standards are met.
