EōS Fitness seeks a highly motivated, sales-driven leader for the Assistant Stretch Manager role. You will work on the club floor, set appointments, build member relationships, and drive sales of Assisted Stretch packages. You will also mentor Stretch Trainers to replicate success.

The role requires strong people skills, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others achieve results, with weekend and holiday availability necessary for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to assist with any task to get it done.
• Must be organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work varying shifts including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety.
• Onboard new members and collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and information hub for programs, events, and offerings.
