Job summary

D1 Training in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an Assistant Coach to foster a positive, motivating environment for athletes aged 7 and up. You will assist head coaches during sessions, tailor movements to individuals, and deliver accurate coaching on form, speed, and nutrition to Scholastic, Adults, and Teams.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Coaching experience with youth and adults is valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Assist Head strength coaches during classes.
• Modify and adapt movements to suit individuals safely.
• Deliver coaching and maintain high energy and safety standards.
• Support coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
