D1 Training is seeking an Assistant Coach in Osseo, Minnesota. The role supports adult and youth athletes (ages 7+), assisting head strength coaches, and ensuring a motivating gym atmosphere.

Coaches tailor workouts to individuals and maintain high energy and engagement across all sessions. Ideal candidates will foster strong relationships with members, deliver safety-focused coaching, and uphold D1’s philosophy of empowering athletes to reach their personal goals in a fast-growing training

Qualifications

• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Assist Head strength coaches during classes.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Teach proper form and technique and keep athletes safe.
