Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a hands-on retail leader to guide a team in delivering friendly neighborly service and a great in-store experience for pets and their people.

You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and partner with leadership to improve performance while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (HS diploma/GED required).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Operate store equipment as needed.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedules.
• Must be 18+ and meet local franchise hiring requirements.

Requirements and Responsibilities
