Henry Ford Health OptimEyes in Michigan is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to ensure superior customer service and to support daily operations. You will work across optical services, opticianry, and optometric support while advocating for patients and coordinating with the management team.

This role requires optical experience, healthcare or retail leadership background, and proficiency in Acuity Logic and eEHR systems. Training courses specific to Henry Ford OptimEyes are mandatory.

• Previous optical experience and knowledge.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Computer knowledge and advanced proficiency in Acuity Logic, eEHR, and insurance systems.
• Successful completion of required Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or customer service leadership role.
• Familiarity with Henry Ford Health systems and processes.
