Job summary

Zales, part of Signet Jewelers Limited, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching team members, and upholding exceptional customer service. You will help recruit and develop staff while ensuring daily operations align with company standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work with teams.

Assistant Store Manager

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
