Job summary

FP Movement in Wayne, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service and store operations across the leadership team. You will help deliver an engaging brand experience, guide the team, manage daily operations, and ensure consistent customer service and store standards.

Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required. As a brand ambassador, you will collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming in-store environment and drive performance while upholding FP

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to FP Movement customer.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with the customer on shared interests of wellness and fitness.
• Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming and executing events with partners.
• Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience through understanding MPOS, POS, and FP App
