Compensation ranges from $15.25 to $17.25 per hour, with a path to Store Manager and career growth within the company. Benefits include health coverage and a sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to train, coach and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate staff to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
