Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead a store team, uphold Fossil's brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and train staff, support daily operations, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results.
• Support daily operations and ensure execution of brand standards.
• Serve as a role model on the sales floor and provide training to staff.

They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.

Who You Are
