Job summary

Fossil Group in Florida seeks a Store Manager to lead a fashion retail team, drive guest experience, and promote the Fossil brand. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor sales drivers, and coach for performance while maintaining daily operations. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience in order to successfully achieve sales goals. They analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities.
