Job summary

Fossil Group in Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Watch Station Outlet to partner with the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences on site at Phoenix WSO.

You will help uphold Fossil’s brand standards, coach staff, and manage daily operations. This role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Growth opportunities, benefits, and employee discounts are offered.

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Our Assistant Store Managers make an impact by partnering with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. They play a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and helping foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive.
Assistant Store Managers act as role models on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.
