Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager of Visual for a West Elm store in Paramus, NJ. You will support the management team by delivering world-class service, supervising staff, and ensuring in-store presentation meets brand standards.

You will lead visual strategy, coordinate floorsets, and coach associates to create an engaging shopping experience while upholding our People-First philosophy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking to identify challenges and plan actions.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• 2–3 years of visual display and merchandising experience or management

Responsibilities

• Manage visual aspects including display, merchandising and floorset execution.
• Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, protect assets.
• Provide exceptional in-store customer service to achieve world-class standards.
• Coach staff on customer service, successes and challenges.
• Attract, retain and develop top visual/display talent.
