Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and act in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, profitability.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Develop team with Store Manager; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance; ensure policy compliance.
