Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager in Tomball, TX. You will lead store operations, supervise staff, and drive sales through coaching and customer service excellence.

On-site role with a 5-week manager-training course, base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. You'll ensure compliance with banking, safety and inventory controls while delivering a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Hire, develop, and manage store staff.
• Foster a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and coach employees to meet them.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs.
• Assign daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
