Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with metrics.
• Interview, hire and develop store staff.
• Maintain a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and develop staff to meet them.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
