Job summary

Wushiland Boba in North America seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and help the store manager with tasks. You will also assist with warehouse duties, loading, offloading, and transferring packages from warehouse to store.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store management experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to train and coach a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and training are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience.
• Able to juggle different aspects of running a store.
• Comfortable training and coaching a team.
• Cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism.

What you must have:

• At least 1-2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience
• Able to juggle working different aspects of running a store
• Comfortable training and coaching a team
• Able to cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism

Good to have:

• Food Handlers Certification.
• Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry.
